Helped me buy home
I bought my first home this year with Coco helping me along the entire way. She made the entire process very easy, with an extremely positive attitude no matter how difficult the market was. I would highly recommend her to any buyer as she has a wealth of knowledge about the area, and is very personal along the way. Helped me buy and sell homes
We chose Coco because she demonstrated her commitment to customer interest and satisfaction several years ago in finding a home for my daughter. This time, she initially recommended a very good agent in Tucson. With a hot market, a purchase was most likely with cash, and Coco immediately put me in contact with a loan broker for a bridging loan. After deciding to buy in Arizona, I put my Redmond condo up for sale, and she insured that all preparations were done - including very attractive staging, conforming to condo regulations, and handling all the administrative details. On the first day of showing, she sold the condo for more than the asking price. Every step of the way through closing, she insured nothing went amiss and that no details were overlooked. She handled everything perfectly, and I highly recommend her professionalism and people skills.

Coco is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, ethical and professional. We are rather particular about the house we'd like to buy but Coco did an impeccable job during the whole home search and buying process!She even relentlessly followed up with the seller for months after closing to make sure they complete the repairs they agreed upon. I deeply appreciated her service and would not hesitate recommending her to anyone I know.
